Returns & Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact our customer service department immediately at customerservice@bellababy-boutique.com
If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately at customerservice@bellababy-boutique.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
All merchandise (with the exception of Bebe Chic items and items that have been customized/personalized) can be returned for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition will be accepted for return.
- Effective April 1, 2008, there will be a 5% restocking fee for crib bedding & accessory returns.
- There are NO restocking fees for exchanges
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer
- All merchandise must be returned within 90 days from your order date.
- No COD returns will be accepted.
Free Gift Card with Glenna Jean Purchase
1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a gift card redemption code via email.
The redemption code will come in the form of a "receipt" from Bella Baby Boutique.
The gift card amount will be the amount shown in the Subtotal column.
2. 10% Gift Cards will be worth 10% of the subtotal (rounded to nearest dollar) of all Glenna Jean items.
3. Gift Card offers with specific dollar amounts be will the amount specified.
4. Gift Card offers with specific dollar amounts are not valid in conjunction with the 10% Gift Card offer.
5. Gift Card must be used on a future purchase and is NOT valid on any Glenna Jean products.
6. Gift Card must be used on a future purchase and is NOT valid on any Sweet Potato products.
7. Gift Cards must be redeemed within two years of original purchase date.
8. Gift Cards can not be redeemed for cash.
9. Free Gifts are not valid on items purchased with a gift card.

1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a coupon code via email with the coupon amount.

1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a coupon code via email with the coupon amount.

4. Gift Cards must be redeemed within one year of original purchase date.

Free Gift Card with Bebe Chic Purchase
1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a coupon code via email with the coupon amount.
2. Coupon amount will be $15 x the number of Bebe Chic items purchased (excluding fabrics).

1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a coupon code via email with the coupon amount.

Free Return Shipping on OiOi Purchases
1. Please email customerservice@bellababy-boutique.com if you are not satisfied with your bag.
2. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a pre-paid Fed Ex label addressed to Bella Baby.
3. Once you receive the label, please make sure the return item is properly packaged.
4. All return items must be dropped off an authorized FedEx / Kinko’s location.
5. If you are unable to drop of the package at an authorized FedEx / Kinko’s locations, you may contact us to request a package pick-up. Please be aware that package pick-up requests do incur a $10 fee.
