Return Policy
At Bella Baby Boutique, we have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee on all our products, with exceptions listed below:
  1. Bebe Chic bedding items and personalized items are NON REFUNDABLE.
  2. Only items in their original packaging and in new condition will be accepted for return.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
You must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) before sending back any items for return.
 
Please login to your account to submit an RMA request online.
 
Once logged in you will see:
Track your recent orders.  View All.
 
Find the order number that you wish to return and click on (View Details).
 
From this page, click on  to complete the form and submit the request online.
 
You will receive return instructions via email upon our receipt of your RMA.

Where do I send my package?
Once you have an approved RMA number, please send your package to:

Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package.
Packages received without an RMA number on the label may get delayed in the return process.
 
Please note:
  1. There is a 5% restocking fee for crib bedding & accessory returns - excluding Glenna Jean items.
  2. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. If we receive a return without an RMA number we can not honor the refund.
  4. If we find that a returned item is not in new condition, we can not honor the refund.
  5. No Cod returns will be accepted.
  6. Rewards Points will be voided if the original purchase is returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your account.  You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete. 
 
Please allow 5 business days for processing returns once merchandise is received.
 
Your credit should appear on your bank statement with in 2-5 business days of processing.
 
Exchange Policy
Bella Baby will gladly exchange any item(s) in new condition and in original packaging up to 1 year from order date.
  1. We reserve the right to determine if a product is in new condition.
  2. After 90 days, if your exchange item is valued at less than the original order total, no refund will be issued.
 
If you wish to exchange an item, please login to your account to submit RMA request online.
 
Once logged in you will see:
Track your recent orders.  View All.
 
Find the order number that you wish to exchange and click on (View Details).
 
From this page, click on   to complete the form and submit the request online. 
 
Please be sure to select Exchange in the Method drop down box.
 
Please list the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the returned item(s) in the My Comments section.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received any damaged or defective merchandise, please
login to your account to submit an RMA request online.  We will gladly replace any broken or defective parts, or ship out a replacement to you at no cost.
 
Once logged in you will see:

Find the order number that you wish to return and click on (View Details).
 
From this page, click on  to complete the form and submit the request online.
 
Please be sure to select Damaged / Defective in the Method drop down box.
 
Please list the item(s) that are damaged, and provide a brief description of the damage in the My Comments section.
 
You will receive return instructions via email upon our receipt of your RMA.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing items, or you have received incorrect items, please login to your account to submit an RMA request online. 
 
Once logged in you will see:
Track your recent orders.  View All.
 
Find the order number that you wish to return and click on (View Details).
 
From this page, click on  to complete the form and submit the request online.
 
Please be sure to select Missing / Incorrect Item(s) in the Method drop down box.
 
Please list the item(s) that are missing or incorrect in the My Comments section.
 
You will receive return instructions via email upon our receipt of your RMA.

What if i've made an error when ordering?
If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately at  orderchanges@bellababy-boutique.com.
 
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it.  However, if the merchandise has already been shipped or personalized, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
