How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please login to your account.
Once logged in you will see:
The current status of your recent orders will be displayed in this section. However, if you need more detail, simply click on "view details" next to the order number you are inquiring about.
If you did not create an account when purchasing your item(s), please send an email to orderstatus@bellababy-boutique.com and we will be able to provide you with an update on your order.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Bella Baby Boutique with your tracking information. Please be aware that the email will be sent to the email address you provided when setting up your account.
Why am I getting an Error Message when placing my order? Reasons for failed transactions may include:
- Keying error when entering the credit card number.
- Credit card has expired.
- Billing address provided does not match that on file with your credit card company.

How long will it take to get my order? Delivery times will normally be 2 to 8 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Can I put a rush on my order? If you need a rush order, please send an email to expeditedshipping@bellababy-boutique.com. We will do our best to see that your delivery needs are met. If overnight or express delivery is needed we will provide a quote for the additional shipping charges.
Can I place an order by phone? Absolutely! Call toll free 877-612-2693; M-F 9am - 4pm CST and we will be glad to place the order for you.
Will I be charged Sales Tax? Only orders delivered to the state of Texas will incure sales tax.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been submitted?
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order please send an email to cancellations@bellababy-boutique.com along with your Name and Order Number. We will gladly cancel the order for you as long as it hasn’t shipped or been personalized.
Changes: If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately at orderchanges@bellababy-boutique.com. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
Do you ship oversees or to Canada? Please send an email to shippingquestions@bellababy-boutique.com letting us know what item(s) you wish to purchase and where you would like to have them shipped. Upon receipt of your email we will research your inquiry and let you know if we are able to meet your needs.
Is there a Bella Baby Boutique near me? At this time, Bella Baby is exclusively an online store. The address shown in our Contact Us section is a mailing address only. It is not open to the public.
How do I request a catalog? At this time, we do not offer mail order catalogs.
