We will gladly cancel the order for you as long as it has not shipped or been personalized. Upon approval of your request, you will receive an email confirming your order cancellation.
Once your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.
Your credit should appear on your bank statement with in 2-5 business days of processing.
